Facilitation
We hire facilitators on contract to run our high and low ropes courses. If you do not have any prior experience facilitating it is okay. We train our staff through Indiana Facilitators Resource & Opportunity Group (iFROG) or another organization. After your training you will be required to shadow other facilitiators at CYC before leading yourself.
